Fee structure
How our fees work
Our firm’s fee structure is based on a fee range. We do not charge on an hourly basis, but we use an hourly rate to calculate estimated or minimum indicated fees.
Mr Khashayar Behbahani, our Principal Solicitor, assesses the estimated fee and reviews it so you have transparency and certainty from the start of your file.
Reference hourly rate
£100–£150 per hour + VAT
VAT (currently 20%) is only charged where the client has or has had residency in the UK. Non-UK resident clients are exempt from VAT on legal costs. We assess exemption at the start of your matter.

- —Fees do not include third-party costs such as translation, expert or medical reports.
- —Fees do not include follow-up work that may be required after an application or appeal has been finalised and submitted. If additional costs become relevant, you will be informed during the conduct of your matter.
